▪️If more than 50% of eligible voters can cast their ballots, it can be regarded as reflecting the will of the majority of the people.

▪️Will work to ensure the election is dignified and successful.

▪️During the parliamentary sessions, at least 50% of MPs should be able to attend; therefore, elections should be held in all constituencies where it is possible to do so.

▪️Relevant organizations will scrutinize and regulate to ensure there are no duplicate party memberships in two or three parties.

▪️Will systematically scrutinise and regulate qualifications for parliamentary candidates.

▪️The security of candidates during their election campaigns will be arranged.

▪️Political party members and candidates should be able to campaign and work safely from the campaign period until voting day, with necessary protection provided.

▪️Will ensure the security conditions necessary for voting in the designated constituencies within the prescribed period.

▪️The election to be held will be a free and fair election, free from malpractice.

▪️Since killings and accusations labelling civil servants and the public as “dalans” (informers) could increase during the election period, effective preventive measures will be taken.

▪️Perpetrators will be jointly exposed and swiftly prosecuted in accordance with the judicial process.
